With 13 years of instructing experience and 8 years as a Certified Personal Trainer, Torri brings a refined, intentional approach to movement. Grounded in the precision of Pilates, the elegance of Barre, and the steady power of Strength Training, her classes are crafted to help you feel comfortable in your skin, connected to your body, and confident in the journey you’re in right now. Rooted in a background in dance and a deep love for wellness, she blends form, flow, and functional strength to create an experience that feels elevated yet deeply accessible. Her goal is simple: to make movement a place of grace, growth, and genuine joy, no matter your season. When she’s not instructing, she’s keeping up with her two little ones, her greatest inspiration for leading a life filled with movement, purpose, and presence. They’re the heartbeat behind her dedication to shaping a space that feels both elevated and comforting: a place where individuals can show up exactly as they are, and walk out feeling sculpted, supported, and empowered in every chapter of life.

Katie is a dedicated strength instructor with a lifelong passion for fitness and more than 20 years of experience as a health and fitness educator. As a longtime teacher, she has built her career on helping others feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies. Stepping into the role of strength instructor feels like a natural extension of her work—combining her expertise in health education with her love for movement and training. When she’s not leading a class or coaching others, you’ll most likely find Katie in the bleachers cheering on her three active kids, who keep her constantly on the go with their sports schedules. She also enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and finding new ways to stay active wherever she goes. Above all, fitness remains her number one passion, and she is excited to help others discover the joy and empowerment that comes from building strength.
