    Pilates, Barre, Strength + Dance

    With over 13 years of group fitness leadership, and 8 years as a Personal Trainer, Torri brings a deeply intentional and expertly refined approach to movement. Her work is grounded in the precision of Pilates, the elegance of Barre, and the sustainable power of Strength Training, creating classes designed to help you feel at home in your body, fully present in your movement, and confident in the season you’re in. Rooted in a background in dance and guided by a lifelong devotion to wellness, Torri seamlessly blends form, flow, and functional strength into experiences that feel elevated yet approachable. Every class is thoughtfully crafted to meet you where you are, honoring both your body’s capabilities and its potential. At the heart of her mission is a simple belief: movement should feel like grace, growth, and genuine joy - not pressure or perfection. Beyond instructing, Torri’s vision is deeply rooted in creating a space that feels both beautifully curated and deeply comforting. The result is a movement environment where individuals are welcomed exactly as they are and leave feeling sculpted, supported, and empowered—ready for every chapter ahead.

  • Kate Johnson

    Yoga

    Kate is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor who found her way to the mat over a decade ago, seeking calm amid life’s constant motion. She completed her certification in 2020 during the height of the COVID pandemic, deepening her belief in yoga as a grounding practice for the mind, body, and spirit. Her classes are an invitation to reclaim presence in a busy life—to start over, to breathe, and to give yourself space exactly as you are. With accessible sequencing and thoughtful modifications, Kate creates an inclusive environment where all levels and backgrounds are welcome, no prior experience required. A lifelong music lover, she curates classes that allow emotion to flow, hearts to open, and inspiration to rise. Off the mat, Kate is a coffee-loving, full-time working mom of two and a farmer’s wife, doing her best to keep things moving forward. Her goal is simple: fill your cup.

  • Wendy Salisbury

    Dance

    Wendy discovered her love for dance fitness 13 years ago after taking her first Zumba class, and it quickly became more than just a workout, it became a passion. She believes that dance is for everyone. You don’t need experience or perfect moves to show up, move your body, and have fun.  Her classes are designed to be a judgment-free space where women of all backgrounds and abilities can feel confident, supported, and encouraged. Whether you’re brand new to dance, need modifications, or just want to let loose and enjoy the music, you are welcome here. She loves the sense of sisterhood that dance fitness creates, and her goal is for every class to feel uplifting, empowering, and fun.  When she’s not instructing, Wendy is a special education teacher, and she loves spending time with her husband and keeping up with their five kids.

  • Ashley Newcomer

    Strength + Yoga

    Ashley is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher and personal trainer with a specialty in strength and conditioning. Her relationship with movement began through yoga and expanded into strength training as a way to build resilience, confidence, and sustainability over time. Her teaching is grounded in a trauma aware approach that honors both the body and nervous system. Ashley creates classes that invite presence, curiosity, and intentional effort, offering space to move with power while staying connected to personal capacity. She believes strength is built through consistency rather than perfection. Ashley’s goal is to help students reclaim movement as something supportive and life giving, cultivating strength, trust, and connection that carry beyond the studio.

  • Katie Sayler

    Strength

    Katie is a dedicated strength instructor with a lifelong passion for fitness and more than 20 years of experience as a health and fitness educator. As a longtime teacher, she has built her career on helping others feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies. Stepping into the role of strength instructor feels like a natural extension of her work—combining her expertise in health education with her love for movement and training. When she’s not leading a class or coaching others, you’ll most likely find Katie in the bleachers cheering on her three active kids, who keep her constantly on the go with their sports schedules. She also enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and finding new ways to stay active wherever she goes. Above all, fitness remains her number one passion, and she is excited to help others discover the joy and empowerment that comes from building strength.

    Pilates + Strength

    Ashley Dickens is a pilates and strength instructor with a deep-rooted passion for fitness and healthy living. After years of making movement a core part of her lifestyle, Ashley found true joy in not only how fitness makes her feel, but in sharing that energy with others. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to challenge the body, boost confidence, and create a strong mind–body connection—all while keeping things fun and uplifting. Expect sessions that leave you smiling, dripping with sweat, and feeling proud of what your body can do. Ashley believes fitness should be empowering, sustainable, and something you genuinely look forward to, and she’s excited to help others build strength, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle they love.
