  • Torri McCook

    Founder

With more than 13 years of leading group fitness and 8 years as a Certified Personal Trainer, Torri has cultivated an approach to movement that is both deeply intentional and thoughtfully refined. Rooted in the precision of Pilates, the grace of Barre, and the lasting strength of functional training, every class is designed to help you move with confidence, reconnect with your body, and embrace the season you're in. Drawing from a lifelong background in dance and a passion for holistic wellness, Torri seamlessly blends alignment, artistry, and strength into movement experiences that are as empowering as they are approachable. Each class is carefully curated to honor where you begin while inspiring sustainable progress, allowing every individual to feel challenged, supported, and capable. At the heart of The Sculpting Haus is a simple philosophy: movement is about so much more than exercise. It is a practice of caring for yourself, building resilience, cultivating confidence, and creating space to simply breathe. It is not about perfection. It is about presence. More than a studio, The Sculpting Haus was created as a sanctuary for modern movement a place where beautiful design meets genuine connection, where strength is built from the inside out, and where every person is welcomed exactly as they are. Here, you'll discover more than a workout. You'll find a community that leaves you feeling stronger, more grounded, beautifully supported, and ready for whatever comes next.
